I had consulted a ortho doctor who advised me to go for surgery, but honestly, I was very scared and did not want to undergo surgery. That’s when I came to know about Flaks Physio Care and met Dr. Aditya. He patiently understood my condition and started my physiotherapy treatment. To my surprise, I started noticing a difference within just 3–4 sessions. That improvement gave me a lot of hope and confidence that I could manage my condition without surgery. After around a month of treatment, I was feeling much better. The pain and discomfort had reduced significantly, and I was able to feel more confident and comfortable in my daily life again. I would say that it was sheer luck that brought me to Dr. Aditya Raj through a word of mouth. I went last year for a successful shoulder freeze physio treatment for about a month. He is holistic in his approach and addresses the root cause without need of medicines.
